Description:
An immersion water objective with 1.2 NA was used. Radial and axial sampling steps are respectively 65nm and 150nm respecting Nyquist Sampling.

The image shows clusters of beads of 100 nm as well as individual beads situated at different depths that can be used as PSF for space-variant image deconvolution.
