Space is my new creation under
Matlab: it's a Sp*ce like program for simulating
transient and steady-state
behavior of linear electronic circuits.

a simple circuit drawing tool

Matlab reads the circuit and computes
all
currents and voltages in the circuit

SPACE is intended for electronic
education, and should be soon freely available
Here is an example.
step1: launch SPACE in the Matlab
command window
(OK the interface is still crappy, but the project is under development)
step2: command New opens
a Simulink window, where you can draw the circuit by picking the elements
in the library
step2bis: alternatively, command
Open opens an already existing circuit
step3: enter the initial and
final simulation time, and the dt computation step
step4 : run the simulation
step5: select a current to visualize
